If you are looking for clarity on how to approach finances in these unprecedented times here what you can do to protect your finances:

  1. Use the Right Financial Advisor

Many in these financial challenging times will tend to switch over to fear and uncertainty, especially when considering their finances.  But the problem with that is FEAR IS A TERRIBLE FINANCIAL ADVISOR.  Fear is a poor advisor in any circumstances.

  • Fear with money will cause you to do the opposite of everything that will help you make it through the challenges!
  • Fear will cause you to lean on “common sense” instead of faith which opens the door to supernatural provision.

Making fear your financial advisor you will experience symptoms of fear in finances:

  • Hoarding toilet paper and other supplies.
  • Staying up at night worrying about losing your job.

If you have experienced these then it is time for you to switch to God as your financial advisor because WHAT HE SAYS ABOUT YOUR MONEY IS ALWAYS DEPENDABLE, NO MATTER WHAT IS HAPPENING AROUND YOU.  Here is what He as your financial advisor is telling you:

  • I will give you your daily bread (Matthew 6:11).
  • I will rebuke the devourer for your sake (Malachi 3:11).
  • I will provide all your needs (Philippians 4:19).
  • You, the righteous don’t need to beg for bread (Psalm 37:25).
  • All things are added to you when you seek Me first (Matthew 6:33).

Do not be tempted to fear for your finances but have faith in God.

  1. Keep Honoring God

If you are faced with a layoff or decrease in income you have a guarantee by The Blessing of the Lord for supernatural opportunities and favor and increase to come to you. (Psalm 10:22)

Being an obedient believer and faithful tither, you have a covenant right to receive double return for what the enemy has stolen from you as did Job. (Job 42:10)

Keep standing in faith instead of giving into fear. Do not give into fear and break off your connection to supernatural blessing but keep honoring God with the tithe that keeps the windows of heaven open over you no matter what is going on.  (Malachi 3:10) The Bible never instructs you to do something that is not for your good, especially in your finances.

  1. Walk in the Spirit of Faith

When fear is dominating the thoughts and words of the entire world, that is the time for you to dig deep in the Word of God and walk in a spirit of faith. If you dare to believe God’s Word then you will have light in the middle of the dark world.  You will live prosperous in the middle of an impoverished world.  You can have protection in the middle of a dangerous world.  You can live in divine health in the middle of a sick world. (Psalm 91:10) You can live free in God’s prosperity in the middle of a world suffering financial loss.

Never give in to an attitude of defeat; for you can walk in victory in your finances as you develop a spirit of faith and persevere in that spirit of faith even when there is pressure on you. Walking in a spirit of faith is how you stay protected.  Here is how to walk in a spirit of faith:

  • Feed on the Word of God daily
  • Tune out the negative daily
  • Speak the Word of God daily
  1. Speak What You Believe

There are plenty opportunities to hear negative news and others who will give you an earful of negativity and doubt, and this is why it is a critical time that you keep feeding your spirit with the Word of God every day to build your spirit of faith.  The spirit of faith stands in the middle of impossible circumstances and believes God anyway and begins to speak and it does not just say anything.  When bills stack up, faith does not say, “I don’t have the money!” But faith says, “My God supplies all my needs now according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus.  My God is able to do exceedingly, abundantly above all I can ask or think!”  The Bible tells you that when you believe then you will speak. (2 Corinthians 4:13) In order to change your financial circumstances during financial famine you must have faith in two places, your heart and your mouth.

As you walk in these Kingdom ways to protect your finances God will provide a way for income for you where there is no possible human way to get income.  God will provide for you regardless of the world situation.  Keep your eyes on Him and His written Word and spoken Word to you as He continues to be your financial advisor.

Mark 11:15-17 (KJV) And they come to Jerusalem: and Jesus went into the temple, and began to cast out them that sold and bought in the temple, and overthrew the tables of the moneychangers, and the seats of them that sold doves; 16 And would not suffer that any man should carry any vessel through the temple. 17 And he taught, saying unto them, Is it not written, My house shall be called of all nations the house of prayer? but ye have made it a den of thieves.

Jesus told us here the house of God shall be called a house of prayer. That’s why the church needs to make prayer their priority especially this time in the earth.

When praying we have to understand there are two levels, two realms: the realm of the natural and the realm of the spirit. For things to be done in the natural in the Kingdom of God, they are going to have to be first done in the spirit and that means somebody is going to have to pray and get that done in the spirit.  Even getting people born again, there has to be prayer to birth them first in the spirit.

Wherever there is evil going on in the world, it is going to have to be the church that is going to remove it and we will do it by getting to the root of these problems. We are the world’s only hope because we are the only ones who can take down Satan and his demon spirits behind all the problems in the world. The Word tells the church we are seated far above all demons operating in the world.

Ephesians 6:10-18 (KJV) Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might. 11 Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. 12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. 13 Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. 14 Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness; 15 And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace; 16 Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked. 17 And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God: 18 Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints;

Look at that, “Praying always with all prayer.”

Ephesians 6:18 (AMP) Pray at all times (on every occasion, in every season) in the Spirit, with all [manner of] prayer and entreaty.

All manner of prayer means different types of prayer.

Intercessory Prayer is one prayer and that would be prayer for ministries, people to come into the Kingdom, prayer for the President of the United States, neighborhood drug problem, other believers struggling in their lives and so forth.

Petition Prayer is asking for something.  We find scriptures for petition prayer in these two scriptures.

Mark 11:24 (KJV) Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.

Philippians 4:6 (AMP) Do not fret or have any anxiety about anything, but in every circumstance and in everything, by prayer and petition (definite requests), with thanksgiving, continue to make your wants known to God.

The priority of prayer, that if you want to receive something from God, you got to pray it and once you prayed then you got to believe you received it when you prayed.

Prayer of Agreement is two or more people agreeing in faith for something in prayer.

Matthew 18:19 (KJV) Again I say unto you, That if two of you shall agree on earth as touching any thing that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven.

It didn’t say Father in Heaven might answer your prayer of agreement, but it says it shall be done by your Father in Heaven.  God is mindful of His covenant with you and He always keeps his part of the covenant and answers your prayers.

Psalm 105:8 (AMP) He is [earnestly] mindful of His covenant and forever it is imprinted on His heart, the word which He commanded and established to a thousand generations,

We see covenant in operation in Luke 11.

Luke 11:1 (KJV) And it came to pass, that, as he was praying in a certain place, when he ceased, one of his disciples said unto him, Lord, teach us to pray, as John also taught his disciples.

So, John taught his disciples how to pray.  No wonder he was having all that success.

Luke 11:5-8 (KJV) And he said unto them, Which of you shall have a friend, and shall go unto him at midnight, and say unto him, Friend, lend me three loaves;

Now some people think this is a whole other story here, but Jesus was still talking about prayer.

Luke 11:6-8 (KJV) For a friend of mine in his journey is come to me, and I have nothing to set before him? 7 And he from within shall answer and say, Trouble me not: the door is now shut, and my children are with me in bed; I cannot rise and give thee. 8 I say unto you, Though he will not rise and give him, because he is his friend, yet because of his importunity he will rise and give him as many as he needeth.

I like the Amplified Translation of verse 8,

Luke 11:8 (AMP) I tell you, although he will not get up and supply him anything because he is his friend, yet because of his shameless persistence and insistence he will get up and give him as much as he needs.

Jesus is talking about prayer and he’s talking about someone who needs prayer and how prayer is answered and it’s not just because you are a child of God.  Prayer is answered first if we follow Biblical rules by which prayer has to be offered and that we understand our covenant with God and that we have a covenant right to answered prayer.  Here’s what I am talking about when I say Biblical rules found in 2 Corinthians 4:13,

2 Corinthians 4:13 (KJV) We having the same spirit of faith, according as it is written, I believed, and therefore have I spoken; we also believe, and therefore speak;

This scripture shows us a prayer rule, that we have got to believe prayer, that God hears us when we pray, and our prayer is answered.

Matthew 9:27-30 (KJV) And when Jesus departed thence, two blind men followed him, crying, and saying, Thou Son of David, have mercy on us. 28 And when he was come into the house, the blind men came to him: and Jesus saith unto them, Believe ye that I am able to do this? They said unto him, Yea, Lord. 29 Then touched he their eyes, saying, According to your faith be it unto you. 30 And their eyes were opened; and Jesus straitly charged them, saying, See that no man know it.

Now here’s what I am pointing out.  First, there was a shameless approach to Jesus.  Jesus was going in the house and they come on through the door.  Same with the man healed by Jesus when let down from the roof by his friends who had torn off the roof, it was a shameless approach. The woman with the issue of blood, she pressed her way through the crowd, and she could have been stoned but notice her shameless approach got her healed.  All of them acted because they believed and that’s when you can tell somebody believes.  The word believe has to do with unqualified committal, whatever it takes. It has no boundaries to it.  When I’m talking about the prayer of agreement, the prayer of petition, prayer of intercession; all of these follow that same shameless rule.

God tells you He is not going to give you the answer to your prayer because you are a friend but because there’s a covenant between you and Him and that you believe that covenant guarantees you have a right to answered prayer. When we don’t understand prayer this way then we end up with the nothing changing.

Prayer is joining forces with God and absolutely allowing God to work. He won’t move without prayer. God is going to be resting until prayer wakes Him up.  I know God never sleeps but I am just saying God needs us to pray to allow Him to work.

The Lord tells us to put Him in remembrance in our prayers.

Isaiah 43:26 (KJV) Put me in remembrance: …

Most of God’s people don’t know what God said but He tells us to remind Him of what He said in prayer.  That’s another prayer rule we need to remember.

Prayer works by faith.  We must believe prayer works every time or why pray.

1 John 5:14-15 (KJV) And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask any thing according to his will, he heareth us: 15 And if we know that he hear us, whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we desired of him.

John 11:40, Jesus is at the graveside of Lazarus.  Martha very kindly reminds Jesus her brother has been dead for four days and he is stinking.  That makes no difference.  It’s never too late for prayer.

John 11:40-42 (KJV) Jesus saith unto her, Said I not unto thee, that, if thou wouldest believe, thou shouldest see the glory of God? 41 Then they took away the stone from the place where the dead was laid. And Jesus lifted up his eyes, and said, Father, I thank thee that thou hast heard me. 42 And I knew that thou hearest me always: …

Jesus operating as the Son of Man and not the Son of God is showing His disciples how prayer works, and He knows as the Son of Man He is under covenant with God and God cannot break that covenant. So, Jesus said out loud, “Father, I thank thee that thou hast heard me and I knew that thou hearest me always.”

Lastly, a very important prayer rule to our praying should be to follow our prayers with thanksgiving.

Philippians 4:6 (KJV) Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.

Prayer should always be followed with thanksgiving.  Thanksgiving is another way to prove that we are using faith when we prayed and that we believed our prayer was heard and answered.

I shared with you rules to getting your prayers answered and if you go by the rules of prayer, your prayers will be answered every time.

Growing up many of us learned to pray the prayer: “Now I lay me down to sleep.  I pray the Lord my soul to keep.  If I should die before I wake I pray the Lord my soul to take.”  That prayer didn’t have much faith in God because the Bible says God is our Keeper, so He is going to make sure we don’t die while we are sleeping.  We have learned these kinds of prayers, but they can’t and won’t work for us today. So, we need to learn how to pray according to how God told us to pray in the Word just as Jesus’ disciples asked Him to teach them how to pray.

Luke 11:1-4 (KJV) And it came to pass, that, as he was praying in a certain place, when he ceased, one of his disciples said unto him, Lord, teach us to pray, as John also taught his disciples. 2 And he said unto them, When ye pray, say, Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done, as in heaven, so in earth. 3 Give us day by day our daily bread. 4 And forgive us our sins; for we also forgive every one that is indebted to us. And lead us not into temptation; but deliver us from evil.

Jesus continues on teaching them how to pray.

Shameless Persistent Prayer

Luke 11:5-8 (KJV) And he said unto them, Which of you shall have a friend, and shall go unto him at midnight, and say unto him, Friend, lend me three loaves; 6 For a friend of mine in his journey is come to me, and I have nothing to set before him? 7 And he from within shall answer and say, Trouble me not: the door is now shut, and my children are with me in bed; I cannot rise and give thee. 8 I say unto you, Though he will not rise and give him, because he is his friend, yet because of his importunity he will rise and give him as many as he needeth.

Luke 11:8 (AMP) I tell you, although he will not get up and supply him anything because he is his friend, yet because of his shameless persistence and insistence he will get up and give him as much as he needs.

Still teaching His disciples how to pray, Jesus shares this story to show them the power of shameless persistence and insistence in prayer.  We need to pray attention as well because lots of people haven’t gotten anything with their prayers because they are not willing to have shameless persistence.  He is teaching us how faith works and is saying this is the way you get effective prayer.

Prayer Based With The Word Of God

In this same scripture in Luke 11:8, Jesus is saying that here is a person coming at midnight, knocking at the door and asking for some bread.  The Word of God is referred to as the Bread of Life, our spiritual bread. Sometimes when we pray we need some bread, the Word of God to pray back to God.

Isaiah 55:11 (KJV) So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it.

What God has spoken is in our Bibles, written down in a form that we can read it and use it as the basis of our prayers. Praying the Word, we are returning God’s Word back to Him. When we return God’s Word back to Him then God cannot deny Himself and He said that Word would accomplish that which He pleases and prospers in the thing He sent it to do. So, using the Word in prayer we pray an effective prayer and get results. So, when we pray we need some bread, God’s Word to return it back to Him.

Prayer To Put God In Remembrance Of What He Said

Isaiah 43:25-26 (KJV) I, even I, am he that blotteth out thy transgressions for mine own sake, and will not remember thy sins. 26 Put me in remembrance: let us plead together: declare thou, that thou mayest be justified.

God is telling us to pray using His Word and remind Him of what He said.  You might ask, does God forget what He said? I don’t know but He told us to remind Him of what He said. We can’t let logic tell us we don’t have to remind God because God knows what we need.  My point is, because we didn’t take the time to follow the rules God has given us to use when we pray, then our prayers are not effective.

Vain Repetitious Prayers Are Not Effective Prayers

Matthew 6:7 (KJV) But when ye pray, use not vain repetitions, as the heathen do: for they think that they shall be heard for their much speaking.

Many people think God is going to hear them if they pray long prayers but that is not effective prayer. Jesus said vain repetitious prayer just to be heard for our much speaking is not effective prayer.

We Ask For What We Need In Prayer

Matthew 6:8 (KJV) Be not ye therefore like unto them: for your Father knoweth what things ye have need of, before ye ask him.

Mark 11:24 (KJV) Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.

Even though God knows what we need, we are going to have to ask Him for it because that’s what He told us to do.  If we don’t ask Him, even though He knows what we need, it’s not giving Him the legal permission that He needs to meet our need.  The one thing God cannot violate is His Word because that would make God untrue.  So, if we don’t ask Him for what we need, He can’t answer our pray even if somebody is on the brink of death or He would violate His Word. God loves us but not being taught how God tells us to pray, God’s people have gone without and blamed God, that God didn’t show up and He knew what we needed. I am just telling you God has rules how to pray effective prayers and He wants the church to know what the rules are so that the church continues to have effective prayers and can stand in the gap for people who don’t know God’s prayer rules.

Prayer In The Spirit With Help Of Holy Spirit

The Bible tells us that even when we don’t know what to pray, Holy Spirit comes to help us pray.  Holy Spirit is in us and He is an Intercessor.

Romans 8:26,27 (KJV) Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered. 27 And he that searcheth the hearts knoweth what is the mind of the Spirit, because he maketh intercession for the saints according to the will of God.

The “the will of”, in this scripture is in italics in the King James Bible.  So, taken out it reads, “Holy Spirit makes intercession for the saints according to God.” When we don’t know how to pray, Holy Spirit knows what we need, and He knows exactly what to pray to get results.  It’s called keys to the Kingdom.  It’s like having a key to the house and a key to the car to open each of them; every situation we face we will need a key to unlock the door to the answer and the key is the door to God and Holy Ghost helps because He’s got the whole key chain. So, when we don’t know what to pray for, we just pray in the spirit in other tongues. (1 Corinthians 14:14,15)

Prayer In Tongues To Get Wisdom

Praying in tongues draws out the wisdom of God.

Proverbs 20:5 (KJV) Counsel in the heart of man is like deep water; but a man of understanding will draw it out.

1 Corinthians 14:13-14 (KJV) Wherefore let him that speaketh in an unknown tongue pray that he may interpret. 14 For if I pray in an unknown tongue, my spirit prayeth, but my understanding is unfruitful. 15 What is it then? I will pray with the spirit, and I will pray with the understanding also: …

Christ is in us and Christ has been made unto us wisdom and so wisdom is in us and praying in tongues draws it out.

We can pray in tongues by Holy Spirit and pray according to God and as we pray in tongues Holy Spirit will give us understanding in our natural language.

Pray In Faith For Others

I wanted to share these rules of prayer, so that you will see that there should be no prayer that goes unanswered. God answers every prayer if it is prayed according to His rules and when it is prayed according to His rules, it’s effective prayer.  This especially is true when we intercede for other people as we will see in Job chapter 1:5.

Job 1:5 (KJV) And it was so, when the days of their feasting were gone about, that Job sent and sanctified them, and rose up early in the morning, and offered burnt offerings according to the number of them all: for Job said, It may be that my sons have sinned, and cursed God in their hearts. Thus did Job continually.

Job 3:25-26 (KJV) For the thing which I greatly feared is come upon me, and that which I was afraid of is come unto me. 26 I was not in safety, neither had I rest, neither was I quiet; yet trouble came.

Trouble came because Job didn’t pray in faith.  Scared prayer doesn’t get you anywhere.  Faith comes by hearing the Word of God.  So, when we pray we need to pray the Word and we need to believe something happened when we prayed even if we don’t see manifestation.  The only way we are going to see when you pray a prayer is by faith, through the eye of faith.

Jesus Shows His Disciples The Importance of Prayer

Jesus’ disciples asked Jesus to teach them how to pray as John the Baptist taught his people.  Jesus taught His disciples how to pray but they didn’t realize how important prayer was as we see in Luke 9.

Luke 9:51-56 (KJV) And it came to pass, when the time was come that he should be received up, he stedfastly set his face to go to Jerusalem, 52 And sent messengers before his face: and they went, and entered into a village of the Samaritans, to make ready for him. 53 And they did not receive him, because his face was as though he would go to Jerusalem. 54 And when his disciples James and John saw this, they said, Lord, wilt thou that we command fire to come down from heaven, and consume them, even as Elias did? 55 But he turned, and rebuked them, and said, Ye know not what manner of spirit ye are of. 56 For the Son of man is not come to destroy men’s lives, but to save them. And they went to another village.

Jesus was on His way to Jerusalem to die on the Cross, but they went through Samaria and nobody came to meet Jesus. Jesus rebuked his disciples for wanting to call fire down on them and consume them because Jesus didn’t pray for that meeting but only prayed for Jerusalem.  Jesus was showing his disciples the people of Samaria didn’t come because they had not prayed.  The same is true for today’s meetings, there has to be prayer. The city is not the problem if they don’t show up, but the problem is no prayer.

I pray what I shared with you for effective prayer, that you will see there should be no prayer that goes unanswered because God answers every prayer if it is prayed according to His rules and when it is prayed according to His rules, it’s effective prayer.

Question:  What is faith?

Answer:

Colossians 1:4 (AMP) For we have heard of your faith in Christ Jesus [the leaning of your entire human personality on Him in absolute trust and confidence in His power, wisdom, and goodness] …

Example in scripture:

Romans 4:19-21 (AMP) He did not weaken in faith when he considered the [utter] impotence of his own body, which was as good as dead because he was about a hundred years old, or [when he considered] the barrenness of Sarah’s [deadened] womb. 20 No unbelief or distrust made him waver (doubtingly question) concerning the promise of God, but he grew strong and was empowered by faith as he gave praise and glory to God, 21 Fully satisfied and assured that God was able and mighty to keep His word and to do what He had promised.

Question:  What has God promised you that keeps you from toiling for your provision?

Answer:

Proverbs 10:22 (KJV) The blessing of the LORD, it maketh rich, and he addeth no sorrow with it. (This is The Blessing of Abraham)

Matthew 11:28-30 (AMP) Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy-laden and overburdened, and I will cause you to rest. [I will ease and relieve and refresh your souls.] 29 Take My yoke upon you and learn of Me, for I am gentle (meek) and humble (lowly) in heart, and you will find rest (relief and ease and refreshment and recreation and blessed quiet) for your souls. 30 For My yoke is wholesome (useful, good—not harsh, hard, sharp, or pressing, but comfortable, gracious, and pleasant), and My burden is light and easy to be borne.

Examples in scripture:

Genesis 13:1-2 (AMP) SO ABRAM went up out of Egypt, he and his wife and all that he had, and Lot with him, into the South [country of Judah, the Negeb]. 2 Now Abram was extremely rich in livestock and in silver and in gold.

Genesis 26:1-3, 12-13 (AMP) AND THERE was a famine in the land, other than the former famine that was in the days of Abraham. And Isaac went to Gerar, to Abimelech king of the Philistines. 2 And the Lord appeared to him and said, Do not go down to Egypt; live in the land of which I will tell you. 3 Dwell temporarily in this land, and I will be with you and will favor you with blessings; …and I will perform the oath which I swore to Abraham your father. 12 Isaac planted crops in that land and took in a huge harvest. GOD blessed him. 13 The man got richer and richer by the day until he was very wealthy.

God never intended for you to bear the weight of your own provision.

Question:  Where do we find in scripture that faith is the currency of Heaven?

Answer:

Isa 55:1 Ho, every one that thirsteth, come ye to the waters, and he that hath no money; come ye, buy, and eat; yea, come, buy wine and milk without money and without price. KJV

Examples in scripture:

Money didn’t control Jesus because Faith was Jesus’ currency and Jesus was God’s Sample Son.  Jesus didn’t panic when they didn’t have money to feed the multitudes for He knew what He would do, and He used His faith, the currency of Heaven, and fed them all and had food left over. Jesus used faith and not money for the wine at the wedding of Cana.  Jesus used faith and not money to heal all the sick.  The woman with the issue of blood didn’t have the money to go back to her doctor but was healed and made whole by faith the currency of Heaven.

Jesus used faith the currency of Heaven and was shown where to get His tax money. Jesus needed transportation and so He used faith instead of money and He rode free into Jerusalem on another man’s donkey.

Question:  What are we supposed to seek when we don’t have money?

Answer:

Matthew 6:31-34 (AMP) Therefore do not worry and be anxious, saying, What are we going to have to eat? or, What are we going to have to drink? or, What are we going to have to wear? 32 For the Gentiles (heathen) wish for and crave and diligently seek all these things, and your heavenly Father knows well that you need them all. 33 But seek (aim at and strive after) first of all His kingdom and His righteousness (His way of doing and being right), and then all these things taken together will be given you besides. 34 So do not worry or be anxious about tomorrow, for tomorrow will have worries and anxieties of its own. Sufficient for each day is its own trouble.

Examples in scripture:

The Kingdom of God is another dimension, a whole other reality, a higher realm and another Kingdom with its own economics and provision. Accessed through His faith, Jesus used the Kingdom resources of Heaven to feed the multitudes time and again without money.  With faith being their currency, Jesus sent his disciples out to preach the Gospel of the Kingdom without any money and with only the clothes and shoes on their bodies and they returned to tell Him they lacked for nothing.

Question:  What has God promised you concerning any of your debts?

Answer:

Deuteronomy 15:1-2 (MSG) At the end of every seventh year, cancel all debts. 2 This is the procedure: Everyone who has lent money to a neighbor writes it off. You must not press your neighbor or his brother for payment: All-Debts-Are-Canceled—GOD says so.

Deuteronomy 28:12 (AMP) The Lord shall open to you His good treasury, the heavens, to give the rain of your land in its season and to bless all the work of your hands; and you shall lend to many nations, but you shall not borrow.

Examples in scripture:

Jesus declares He is Your Jubilee

Luke 4:17-19 (AMP) And there was handed to Him [the roll of] the book of the prophet Isaiah. He opened (unrolled) the book and found the place where it was written, 18 The Spirit of the Lord [is] upon Me, because He has anointed Me [the Anointed One, the Messiah] to preach the good news (the Gospel) to the poor; … 19 To proclaim the accepted and acceptable year of the Lord [the day when salvation and the free favors of God profusely abound].

Colossians 2:13-14 (AMP) And you who were dead in trespasses and in the uncircumcision of your flesh (your sensuality, your sinful carnal nature), [God] brought to life together with [Christ], having [freely] forgiven us all our transgressions, 14 Having cancelled and blotted out and wiped away the handwriting of the note (bond) with its legal decrees and demands which was in force and stood against us (hostile to us). This [note with its regulations, decrees, and demands] He set aside and cleared completely out of our way by nailing it to [His] cross.

Question:  If you are sick what are you supposed to do?

Answer:

James 5:14-15 (KJV) Is any sick among you? let him call for the elders of the church; and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord: 15 And the prayer of faith shall save the sick, and the Lord shall raise him up; and if he have committed sins, they shall be forgiven him.

Mark 16:17-18 (AMP) And these attesting signs will accompany those who believe: in My name they will drive out demons; … they will lay their hands on the sick, and they will get well.

Example in scripture:

Acts 3:16 (AMP) And His name, through and by faith in His name, has made this man whom you see and recognize well and strong. [Yes] the faith which is through and by Him [Jesus] has given the man this perfect soundness [of body] before all of you.

Question:  What protects and keeps you from getting coronavirus or any sickness and disease or plague?

Answer:

Psalm 91:1-2 (KJV) He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. 2 I will say of the LORD, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust.  10 There shall no evil befall thee, neither shall any plague come nigh thy dwelling.

Example in scriptures:

Exodus 15:26 (AMP) Saying, If you will diligently hearken to the voice of the Lord your God and will do what is right in His sight, and will listen to and obey His commandments and keep all His statutes, I will put none of the diseases upon you which I brought upon the Egyptians, for I am the Lord Who heals you. (God is talking in the permissive tense, He will not allow the disease to come on them.)

Deuteronomy 7:15 (AMP) And the Lord will take away from you all sickness, and none of the evil diseases of Egypt which you knew will He put upon you, but will lay them upon all who hate you. (Again, the Lord is speaking in the permissive tense.)

You can now say by faith, “I can’t get coronavirus or any other sickness or disease of virus or flu.”

Question:  How do I get miracles in my life?

Answer:

Revelation 21:5 (AMP) And He Who is seated on the throne said, See! I make all things new. Also He said, Record this, for these sayings are faithful (accurate, incorruptible, and trustworthy) and true (genuine).

Example in scriptures:

Hebrews 13:8 (AMP) Jesus Christ (the Messiah) is [always] the same, yesterday, today, [yes] and forever (to the ages).

Passover is a Celebration of Jesus!

We must remember that Passover is a celebration designed by God! This Feast and event was given to increase our faith and prepare us to enter into the fullness of His blessing! Passover was commanded by God for the Jews in the Old Testament to teach them the importance of redemption by the blood. But it was also observed by Christians in the New Testament to remember and understand God’s redeeming work. The Bible tells us it is to be a permanent ordinance…a celebration for all time.

Many Christians don’t realize that Passover is just as much a New Testament Feast as an Old Testament Feast. It’s all through the New Testament. Jesus and the apostles all celebrated Passover. The original Lord’s Supper was a Passover meal. The apostles taught the Gentile churches to celebrate Passover. In 1 Corinthians, Paul wrote to a predominantly Gentile church and said: “Christ OUR Passover Lamb has been slain, therefore let us celebrate the feast!” For hundreds of years, Passover was the most important yearly celebration in the early Church.  Passover is the “JESUS” Celebration! The more you understand Passover, the more you appreciate Jesus! If you don’t understand Passover, you have a hard time fully understanding what Jesus did. As you celebrate Passover, you are declaring your faith in the power of His Blood and His redemption. That’s why one of strangest things in the world is that Christians all over the world have accepted Satan’s lie that Passover is not a “Christian” thing! Satan tries to steal away Passover, because he knows the celebration of the Blood releases power! When the celebration of Passover was stolen away, the power left! But when Passover is restored, the power RETURNS!

The Good News is—God is RESTORING Passover! All over the world churches are again celebrating Passover! And the POWER is returning! We invite you to celebrate the power of Jesus’ Blood. We invite you to join with Christians all over the world in the restoration of Passover. Join with us in proclaiming: We are REDEEMED by the BLOOD OF THE LAMB, out of the hand of the enemy!

As we take communion today and the next 40 days, let’s remember the BLOOD OF THE LAMB and Celebrate Jesus and declare:

Jesus is the Passover Lamb that has been slain for me!

He came as the LAMB of God for me!

His Blood redeemed me!

By His Blood judgment turned away from me!

By His Blood the power of the enemy is broken off of me!

By His Blood I am released from bondage and oppression!

By His Blood I am set free to enter into God’s Promise!

Prosperity for God’s people was God’s idea. God made a covenant with a man named Abraham so He could prosper him.

Genesis 12:1-3 (KJV) Now the LORD had said unto Abram, Get thee out of thy country, and from thy kindred, and from thy father’s house, unto a land that I will shew thee: 2 And I will make of thee a great nation, and I will bless thee, and make thy name great; and thou shalt be a blessing: 3 And I will bless them that bless thee, and curse him that curseth thee: and in thee shall all families of the earth be blessed.

God was calling Abraham out of that which he was familiar, the world and its system, to make a covenant with him.  God tells Abram He is the one who is going to bless him.  The Bible says there was a famine in the land, not good conditions for financial increase but trusting God, Abram left immediately.

Genesis 17:4, God now making this covenant with Abraham.

Genesis 17:4-5 (KJV) As for me, behold, my covenant is with thee, and thou shalt be a father of many nations. 5 Neither shall thy name any more be called Abram, but thy name shall be Abraham; for a father of many nations have I made thee.

God is connecting Himself to Abram and so He changes his name.  It’s like when a wife is coming into the covenant of marriage and changes her name to her husband’s last name.  God is telling Abram that we are connecting together, and I am going to change your name. Ham in Abraham is the silent pronunciation of God. God called him Abraham.  So, now he’s carrying part of God’s name.

Genesis 17:6-7 (KJV) And I will make thee exceeding fruitful, and I will make nations of thee, and kings shall come out of thee. 7 And I will establish my covenant between me and thee and thy seed after thee in their generations for an everlasting covenant, to be a God unto thee, and to thy seed after thee.

God is telling Abraham; I am going to be your God, I am going to be the one who is your bread provider, I am the one that’s going to protect you, and so on. Later there was a cutting of an animal for God and Abraham was circumcised and the shedding and uniting of blood was supposed to be the strongest covenant that could be made in the earth.  Indians did that with the white man and would cut their wrists and they would take the blood and this union of the blood meant that we are blood brothers. That meant if either was in trouble then the other would come to help them, and if there was a need if the other one had the ability to meet the need then they would have to meet the need.  That’s how covenant works.

Now Abraham no longer has to rely on anybody or anything but rely on God because God is well able to take care of him.

Let’s look again at Genesis 17:4. God says,

Genesis 17:4 (KJV) As for me, …

In other words that was God’s decision. He was saying this covenant is going to be with you Abraham and your seed in their generations and I am going to take care of all of you.  Now you got to understand this is what you want because this covenant is more powerful than any lack or scarcity and any financial famine anywhere in the world you could be.  Today this covenant is more powerful than any crisis of a virus all over the world.  In this covenant with God, it doesn’t make any difference what’s happening.

Look at Abraham in Genesis 13:2 and look at the first result of this covenant with God.

Genesis 13:2 (KJV) And Abram was very rich in cattle, in silver, and in gold.

He got most of it from King Abimelech when he tried to take Sarah and God plagued his house because God is their God watching out for them, taking care of them, guarding them and protecting them.  This covenant made Abraham very rich.  I don’t know how much he had when he left Haran, but I am sure he didn’t leave with much.  He’s getting very rich already in chapter 13 of Genesis after God made covenant with him.  Now let’s look at that same covenant in Genesis 26:1.

Genesis 26:1-2 (KJV) And there was a famine in the land, beside the first famine that was in the days of Abraham. And Isaac went unto Abimelech king of the Philistines unto Gerar. 2 And the LORD appeared unto him, and said, Go not down into Egypt; …

God is saying don’t go to that world system.

Genesis 26:2,3,12,13 (KJV) …dwell in the land which I shall tell thee of: 3 Sojourn in this land, and I will be with thee, and will bless thee; for unto thee, and unto thy seed, I will give all these countries, and I will perform the oath which I sware unto Abraham thy father; 12 Then Isaac sowed in that land, and received in the same year an hundredfold: and the LORD blessed him. 13 And the man waxed great, and went forward, and grew until he became very great:

Now notice what he had to do to activate that covenant.  He had to sow.  Sowing is trusting in God that’s got to go on if you want that covenant to operate on your behalf.

I want to tell you that crying doesn’t make the covenant work, “Lord, I’m out of money.”  You can’t pray and get the covenant to work.  You can’t fast and get the covenant to work.  Hannah in 1 Samuel and chapter 1 tried that and nothing happened.  You have to sow seed and He will take care of you.  It’s a powerful thing.

Nothing can stop the efficacy of the covenant, the capacity for producing a desired or intended result anytime. It doesn’t make any difference the condition whether there is a drought, virus, it doesn’t make any difference.

Today, the first of the month I sowed a seed even with this shutdown of everything as a result of the virus.  I know who I can depend on in this time because He always remains faithful in this covenant I have with Him.

I pray you continue to sow seed as well in this time because that’s how you activate your covenant with God.  The job is not your source.  God is your Provider.  It works for anybody who will trust God in this covenant. It worked for Jacob who was broke.  He tried to get out of town and go back to his dad’s but couldn’t even get back. His father-in-law, Laban, told him he would pay him, but Jacob told him, “No, don’t give me a thing.”  Jacob was coming off of his system. He then ended up taking everything that Laban, his father-in-law, had and left town.

I am telling you; God has a plan for His people in this time where everything is shut down and people are not working and getting paid and if you want any time for that plan to work, you are looking at one of the best times right now. You don’t have to wait for government assistance.

Peter, Luke chapter 5, is catching no fish in his fishing business and that meant no money coming in and his bills are due, and the pressure is on.  The next thing you know Jesus asked to use his boat.  What does his boat represent?  Seed. The covenant will not work without a seed.  You got to trust the Lord with your seed. Jesus got in the boat and taught on The Blessing and this covenant that existed for him. The next thing you know Peter obeyed Jesus and launched out his boat and caught so many fish till his boat started to sink, called for his partners and their boat started to sink.  Peter then left his boat and went to Jesus and told Him, “Away from me.  I am a sinful man,” For he was astonished and everybody with him of the draught of fishes that were taken.  Somebody said, as a result he changed the whole economy of Capernaum, that whole coastline.

Let me show you just how powerful the sowing of a seed activated the covenant in Jacob’s life in Genesis 43. Jacob sowed not only double to get some food from Egypt where Joseph was overseeing but Joseph also asked for Benjamin his best and when Benjamin came down, everything opened up.  I believe as we keep sowing and reaping in this time of famine, we too will watch this thing start increasing.

I’m just telling you right now, don’t back off.  You can’t afford to back off because God is your Provider.  Don’t look to a man.  You have the same covenant Abraham had, you have the same covenant Isaac had and Galatians chapter 4 and verse 28 says you got the same covenant that Isaac had.

Galatians 4:28 (KJV) Now we, brethren, as Isaac was, are the children of promise.

Just like He blessed Isaac He is blessing you.

I don’t want you to make the mistake now and back off your sowing because you are switching systems now.  Sure, your flesh doesn’t like it.  Don’t ask your flesh.  Your flesh is dirt.  Don’t ask dirt.  Just go in the Bible.  The Bible says God cannot lie to you.  If He said this thing will work for you, it will work, and this is a good time for you to trust Him.

Other people just don’t know what to do now. They are hoping the government will help them and that’s fine but my point to you is, is you have a guarantee that my God shall supply all of your need. So, continue to activate your covenant with God by sowing your seed. Just do what God tells you to do.  Don’t get under pressure.  Don’t feel anything.  Just do what He tells you to do. I can tell you right now if you are getting short, you need to sow something.  That’s when you need to sow.

Luke 6:35,38 (KJV) But love ye your enemies, and do good, and lend, hoping for nothing again; and your reward shall be great, and ye shall be the children of the Highest: …38 Give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall men give into your bosom.

Why is there so much importance in the Bible on a seed?  Even back in the beginning Adam and Eve got into trouble eating of fruit they should not have eaten that was supposed to be God’s.  Even at that time there was this idea about a seed when God said, “The seed of a woman shall bruise his head”.  This whole idea about seed, because seed represents a future.  It represents a future.

I want you to see something.  He said, “Give and it shall be given unto you,” and before that in verse 35 He talks about forgiveness, about love and so forth and so on.  So, it is amazing what you can sow as a seed.  In verse 38, this particular case there is money seed that you could sow as well.  Peter sowed his boat.  Remember God so loved the world that He sowed His Son.  So, there is a lot of seed that you can sow.  You can sow a seed of love.

So, as you sow a seed, He said something in that in Luke 6:38 and I want you to catch this.  Jesus said, “Give, and it.” Underline “it”.  What is “it”?  It is whatever you want it to be; healing of the marriage, a paycheck because you got laid off that you still need.  It, that’s it.  It is whatever you call it to be.  So that’s what He is talking about here; it shall be given unto you.  So, that shall be given unto you and this abundance shall come with it; good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over shall men give unto your bosom.  You need something you sow a seed.

Now why do you need to sow a seed?  Because God needs something to work with.  You don’t give Him anything to work with, He can’t do it.

Look what He says over here in Matthew 14:14.

Matthew 14:14-17 (KJV) And Jesus went forth, and saw a great multitude, and was moved with compassion toward them, and he healed their sick. 15 And when it was evening, his disciples came to him, saying, This is a desert place, and the time is now past; send the multitude away, that they may go into the villages, and buy themselves victuals. 16 But Jesus said unto them, They need not depart; give ye them to eat. 17 And they say unto him, We have here but five loaves, and two fishes.

Notice I said, “A seed gives God something to work with.”  If you don’t give Him anything to work with, He can’t work with anything.

Matthew 14:18 (KJV) He said, Bring them hither to me.

That’s what I want you to see.  Put it in Jesus’ hand.  Give Him something to work with.  They gave Jesus the two fish and the five loaves of bread and with the anointing on it, it was multiplied.  Same with what you give Jesus, there will be anointing on it to multiply it back to you.

I am saying during this time when most are not working because of the virus shutdown, notice, it might be like that time; one, the disciples were not working their job, second, they were up in a desert place and thirdly, they got all this big crowd to feed.  Now how did Jesus feed the multitude? I call it “a no budget anointing”.  They brought the two fish and five loaves of bread to the Anointed One and when the anointing hit that seed, pow, something happens, something takes over.  The next thing that you know, the anointing multiplies it back to you; good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over.  Jesus fed everybody that was there with two fish and five loaves.

Your problem is not money.  Your problem is the anointing.  You got to have knowledge of that anointing and believe in that anointing and watch this anointing of multiplication take over for you in this time.

I decree right now, you will never be broke another day in your life. See, you will never be broke if you got seed and God always leaves you with seed.

A woman in the Bible, Hannah, didn’t have anything tangible but what she did have is a vow.  She said, “Lord, I promise you that if you just give me that man child, I’ll give him back to you.”  Notice, like Hannah, you got to give Him something to work with because nothing from nothing leaves nothing.

I just want you to be convinced right now that God did not leave you at this time.  He’s with you right there.  He has got a way for Him to supply the needs of His kids.  He said that in Philippians 4:19, “But my God shall supply all your need.”  Our needs are going to be supplied by Him.  Don’t be looking at that job, looking at shelves at the grocery store that don’t have some toilet paper on them or something like that.  Listen, God will give you Charmin supernaturally.  Why?  Because He is a supernatural provider and He just needs you to know that and with your seed given to Him He can put the anointing on it to multiply back to you more of what you need.

At this time are you struggling with fear, anxiety, uncertainty and lots of pressure in your mind?  The Lord wants us to enter into His rest and cease from weariness and pain of our human efforts and human labor to fix everything.  There is only one God and that’s not us and with human efforts we can’t create miracles and we mostly make things worse than they were before.  God never intended for you to bear the weight of your provision.  God never intended for you to depend on a job for your provision.  He is jealous for you and He wants to provide for you.

What is going on in this world with everything shut down is a Sabbath Rest for the body of Christ! Enter into the Sabbath Rest and enter into peace so the Lord can do supernatural things for us in this time.

Hebrews 4:9-12 (AMP) So then, there is still awaiting a full and complete Sabbath-rest reserved for the [true] people of God; 10 For he who has once entered [God’s] rest also has ceased from [the weariness and pain] of human labors, just as God rested from those labors peculiarly His own. 11 Let us therefore be zealous and exert ourselves and strive diligently to enter that rest [of God, to know and experience it for ourselves], that no one may fall or perish by the same kind of unbelief and disobedience [into which those in the wilderness fell]. 12 For the Word that God speaks is alive and full of power [making it active, operative, energizing, and effective]; …

I pray in faith for you that you just give up and say no more worry, fear, anxiety, uncertainty and pressure is going to rule in my heart and mind and become a stronghold!  Instead I am going to enter into the rest of God, the Sabbath Rest and cease from my own efforts to take care of myself and cease trying to fix the financial pressures and all the other pressures trying to take over my life and destroy my faith in Father God taking care of me and faith to enter into God’s rest!

Say right now, “I enter into the Sabbath Rest of God.”

I pray you read this scripture, Hebrews 4:9-12, out loud many times a day so your ears can hear you speaking it and say every time, “I choose as an act of my will to enter into the Sabbath Rest of God.”  This way you write it on your heart and that’s when your faith will rise up in greater strength and doubts won’t have ability to keep you from the Sabbath Rest.

With everything pretty much shutdown in the world because of the virus I wanted to share this communion over your finances so that you can remember the finished work of Christ that guarantees you financial increase even in this time.  God does not want you to depend on the world system or a job to meet your needs but He wants you to remember the covenant He made with you through Christ Jesus and that He will take care of you.

Communion Over Our Finances

We receive communion over our finances and expect a breakthrough today.

God created the Lord’s Supper for us to partake of everything Jesus’ sacrifice provided for our salvation; peace of mind, healing of the body and total financial prosperity.

Partaking of Communion today, we are receiving of everything Jesus died for at Calvary, restoring back to us all that was lost in the sin of Adam. Drinking of the cup, we are receiving the Blood of Jesus to wash us clean and deliver us from all sins, all iniquities, all transgressions, including those of our family blood line clear back to Adam. Eating of the bread, we are receiving the physical and spiritual torment Jesus endured that totally delivered us from sickness, disease, all infirmities and every part of the curse that includes worry, care, and fear for our finances, and all the curses of poverty, lack, debt, not enough, just enough and our efforts to work for our provision and pay for everything.

The Communion table is our healing table, deliverance table, the power to prosper table and the confession table and is the powerhouse of God to manifest it all in us today.

Taking Communion, it drives our roots even deeper into our faith in what the covenant of God means to us, and what the body and blood of Jesus has paid for, for us. We use our faith to take Communion now and we do so with determined purpose to see manifestation of all Jesus’ sacrifice gave to us. We take Communion today appropriating the Blood of Jesus over every area of our lives and thanking Him for all He has done.

Examine Ourselves Before We Take Communion.

The Bible tells us to examine our hearts (1 Corinthians 11:28-29) and so Lord, we ask for forgiveness in areas where we have missed the mark (strife, unforgiveness, offense, jealousy, envy, hatred, covetousness, and all fear, worry, doubt and unbelief concerning our financial increase more and more. We are exercising great faith and expectation, receiving everything Jesus’ sacrifice provided for our financial increase more and more.

Partake of the bread

We partake of the bread which symbolizes the physical and spiritual torment Jesus bore to redeem us from all areas of the curse. With this in mind, we declare, Lord, it’s not right that we suffer from poverty, lack, debt, not enough or just enough and working for a living to pay for everything. We judge it now as being from Satan, and we reject it. We refuse to identify with the first man Adam who brought us under such curses and instead identify with the Last Man Adam Jesus Christ who got for us every blessing in our New Testament Covenant with Him. We refuse to receive the curse and put up with the curse any longer in our finances. We partake of the sacrifice of Jesus’ body, and we receive the abundant life that Jesus provided for us, in Jesus Name.”

Partake of the Cup

Father, we give You thanks for all You have provided for us through the New Covenant in Christ Jesus. We partake of those promises now. We are healed and made whole now; spirit, soul, body and finances. We are redeemed from the curse in our finances. We are prosperous for we are the head and not the tail, above and not beneath and we lend to many and borrow from none. We take the prosperity You sacrificed to give us, and we thank You and praise You for it in Jesus Name. The body and blood of Jesus covers every area of our existence including finances. So, we have placed ourselves before God and received Communion as the children of Israel did, ready to receive deliverance in our finances!

Declarations After Communion:

We are settled in the matter that we have taken Communion and received deliverance in our finances now, that our finances are blessed in every way according to God’s Word and we know it is done.

We will struggle no more in your finances for we have believed and received by faith the breakthrough Christ Jesus has secured for us.

We will never again bear the weight of our own provision for God never intended for us to bear the weight of our own provision.

We will never again work for a living or work for provision for God never intended for us to work for a living and work for our provision, but work the Kingdom of God spiritual law of seedtime and harvest that produces increase to us more and more.

We will never again be in debt to Babylon for all debts are paid for, God said so, making Jesus our Jubilee.

The Blessing of the Garden, The Blessing of Abraham and The Blessing of the Kingdom of God now empowers us to prosper in every way so that we get richer and richer by the day until we become very wealthy.

The Lord shall increase us more and more, both us and our children.

Great grace is on us now making us to always possess enough to require no aid or support and becoming great givers and great harvesters from our giving.

God will make somebody give it up to you. Nobody can say no to your God.

I saying to you, I don’t want you to depend on the world.  I don’t want you to depend on that job.  You were not designed to work for money.  Money was designed to work for you.  See 1 Peter 4:19 tells us and we must remember this, “My God shall supply all your need.”  You got hard times, that’s when you need the covenant; but that covenant does not go into operation by praying, it does not go into operation by crying and begging, it does not go into operation by feeling bad or just by confession.  It goes into operation because of practice. You got to sow.  Now understand if it was easy everybody would be doing it.  The reason why it is not easy is because it doesn’t make sense.  “You mean I can give and have more?”  Well go into the Bible and see sowing and reaping working all in the Old Testament and the New Testament.

We read earlier in John 6 this little boy had one seed, a lunch box and he let it go.  It’s called radical sowing.  Radical is something that brings extreme change. The little body sowed his seed of all his lunch to Jesus.  That’s all he had but look how many he fed; twenty thousand.  Jesus then had the disciples to take up all that was left which was twelve baskets full.  This little boy through the sowing of his seed, his lunch, brought home groceries.

If times are tough and you get laid off or you hear bad news on TV, don’t pay any attention to that but pay attention to your covenant; because God is responsible for you and not this world or its system and He will for sure take care of you as His part of the covenant. Praise God I know that by experience as over and over again my husband and I continued to sow and God remained faithful throughout the good times and the challenging times to meet our needs. Nobody can get credit for it but God.  We just remained faithful to sow as the Lord told us.  He will take care of you I know for sure.

In the hard and challenging times don’t shrink back. Remember, just stay in faith.  Don’t shrink back from your tithes and offerings and if God tells you to do more, then do more.

I am not telling you what God is saying but I am just saying make sure that you stay in faith because this world system and the media at this time and so forth is designed to take over your mind.  So, stay in faith in the covenant provision promised and continue to sow what the Lord tells you to sow and watch God provide.
