In this teaching I will be talking about faith in the Kingdom of God and how we can expand our faith and build our faith for increase more and more.  First, let’s see the Kingdom we are living out of.

John 10:10 (KJV) The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.

Jesus talks about a thief and Satan is characterized as a thief.  So, anything that kills, steals and destroys, that’s Satan.  Jesus told us He came that we might have life and have it more abundantly.

There are two kingdoms and one is the Kingdom of God’s dear Son and we find that in Colossians.  The other kingdom is the kingdom of darkness and that’s the kingdom we have been translated out of and into the Kingdom of God’s dear Son. The kingdom of darkness is characterized by its leader and its modeled after its king who is Satan.  The kingdom of darkness is known for its scarcity and lack and not enough.  The Kingdom of God’s dear Son, the Kingdom of the Lord Jesus Christ is known for abundance.  So, you have a kingdom of scarcity and a Kingdom of abundance.

Again, I want to remind you what Jesus told us that clearly defines each king and each kingdom:

John 10:10 (KJV) The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.

This scripture clearly defines which kingdom a person is operating out of.  So, let’s look at Matthew 14:15 and see this Kingdom of God’s dear Son and its increase.

Matthew 14:15-16 (KJV) And when it was evening, his disciples came to him, saying, This is a desert place, and the time is now past; send the multitude away, that they may go into the villages, and buy themselves victuals. 16 But Jesus said unto them, They need not depart; give ye them to eat.

Matthew 14:16 (NLT2) But Jesus said, “That isn’t necessary—you feed them.”

I want you to see something here.  This is a very important teaching in the Bible showing us the operation of the Kingdom of God when there was not enough.

One of the biggest sources of pressure is money or the lack thereof.  I would say that most marriages get in trouble because of money and all kinds of things because of the pressure of money, money, money, money; don’t have enough, where is it going and so forth.  That’s not all, the government who doesn’t make anything wants what you got.  To them enough is not enough and they want more and more. I don’t put them down because the pressure is on them.  So, the kingdom of darkness’s operation out here, the way a person gets theirs is for them to get it off of you.  It models itself after its king.  A lot of God’s people are in the Kingdom of God’s dear Son but are still operating under that not enough kingdom and have not switched over just because they don’t have revelation of their Kingdom.  I think one of the things Jesus is trying to do, He is trying to get them to switch and to see the difference.  That’s what Jesus was doing in Matthew 14:16, when they had to feed the multitude and there was not enough food.

Matthew 14:16 (NLT) But Jesus said, “That isn’t necessary—you feed them.”

If that is not pressure, I don’t know what it is.  Jesus is not doing this to make them feel like He is purposely putting them in a bad position; because in the natural they don’t have it there.  They had some money in their treasury, but Judah is still stealing from it.

My point is, God takes us from faith to faith.  God wants all of us to do some things in the Kingdom that costs money, but He wants us to do it by way of the Kingdom.  He won’t allow me to beg because that’s the other Kingdom.  He wants us to use our faith in Him and the Kingdom way to increase more and more.

In Matthew 14, let’s see of the need they naturally could not meet but once they switched over, He is trying to show them there is plenty in Daddy’s house.

Matthew 14:17-21 (KJV) And they say unto him, We have here but five loaves, and two fishes. 18 He said, Bring them hither to me. 19 And he commanded the multitude to sit down on the grass, and took the five loaves, and the two fishes, and looking up to heaven, he blessed, and brake, and gave the loaves to his disciples, and the disciples to the multitude. 20 And they did all eat, and were filled: and they took up of the fragments that remained twelve baskets full. 21 And they that had eaten were about five thousand men, beside women and children.

There was plenty of food for all with much left over.  One of the signs of the Kingdom of God is abundance.  I think there were twenty to twenty-five thousand people, but He fed them with two fish and five loaves of bread.  The two fish and five loaves represented seed the little boy sowed or gave to feed the multitude. The little boy was hearing the Word and faith came for him to operate in the Kingdom of God and he released his faith and gave Jesus the food and there was plenty for all to eat and he got to take some home.

In Daddy’s house He has got plenty.  If you remember, when Israel left Egypt to go to Canaan, God didn’t take them right to Canaan but they came through the wilderness.  He daily gave them manna for food except He gave them double the day before the Sabbath.  My point to is, in the wilderness He would not let them stack it up.  It’s almost like He takes you through, you trust Him first and then in Canaan He’ll stack it up for you; because if He stacked it up too soon you might start worshiping it.

I just want you to know, sometimes God directs you to take your next step by telling you to sow something you have never sown because He wants to do something, He’s never been able to do for you.  God is not doing it to put pressure on you. He’s doing it to show you who you are.  He’s trying to expose the real sons of God.  He’s trying to let you see that for once you have the capacity with Him to feed twenty-five thousand people if He asked you to.  We have to stop looking at it like He is putting pressure you.  No.  You are putting pressure on the Covenant; because He told you, “Give and it shall be given unto you,” and Jesus told you, “I am come that you might have life and have it more abundantly.”

Operating by the world you keep staying under money pressure and something eventually is going to give; because you are not meant to be under money pressure.

This kind of pressure can produce all kinds of health problems; because you are not meant to exist under pressure.

I’m not saying you are not making enough in your paycheck; but I want you to see you are not living off of it because you live off of your giving in the Kingdom of God where you have some peace and joy.

Romans 14:17 (KJV) For the kingdom of God is not meat and drink; but righteousness, and peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost.

Joy in the Kingdom, because you are not meant for pressure.  You are not meant to worry about one thing.  You just wave your hands like you just don’t care.  That’s the way you do it.  Lift your hands up to Jesus just like you don’t care.  Somebody put pressure on you, you just say, I don’t care.  I am care free.  You are not going to put pressure on me.

One minister of God says a big bill comes to the ministry in the mail and he lifts it up and says, “Jesus, You got mail.”

That’s what you say, “Jesus, You got mail.”  It doesn’t mean you are negligent.  It means God promised you He would meet that need and if you have sown a seed, you got a right for a harvest; because that’s the way you increase more and more in the Kingdom of God, the Kingdom of abundance.
