Many Christians today are questioning God’s faithfulness to them and questioning if He even cares about them or even cares if they win. Why does God who knows we have needs do we have to have faith to receive from God and shouldn’t He be moved by our need? And then they question, why do we have to stand in faith indefinitely just to get our needs met?
Yes there are lots of Christians asking these kinds of questions today and yes some are throwing in the towel after there have been delays.
So I will answer your questions as I believe the Lord has shown me.
First of all when we got born again it took faith. That faith that we used was the faith of God that He even gave us to be born again. No human faith could have gotten us born again. All human faith is based on the carnal and what we can see, hear, smell, taste and touch and our reasoning and logic that are programmed by this physical realm. That human faith is limited to this realm. So we needed the faith of God to get our spirit born again and come into the Kingdom of God.
God is a spirit and He lives by faith and when we got born again our spirit got reborn to God from sin and death to righteousness and eternal life. God is now our Lord and our God. We now live out of our spirit as did Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden before they ever sinned. After they sinned they lived as mere human beings and used only natural faith, which is wishy, washy because it is based on mere human perspective of everything. And by the way human faith is wishy, washy because it has no real hope, the God kind of hope.
Now that you are born again you are living out of your spirit man and not by carnal flesh and spirit living requires faith because your God and your provision in the Kingdom of God are invisible. God and His Kingdom are more real than all natural you see because it is Spirit (God) and His faith that created the entire natural world that you see, hear, smell, taste and touch. Before they were all natural they were spirit.
God and His Kingdom are invisible and so faith is required to access them. The Kingdom of God is God’s Kingdom and Jesus is the King and it is operated by faith and since this Kingdom is not a democracy where we can vote on anything if we don’t like it but is a monarchy; then we have to live by faith to receive from God and Heaven. Flesh and blood cannot enter into the Kingdom of God or we could say it this way, a carnal person (even Christians can be carnal) who lives by feelings, emotions, intellect, reasoning and the five physical senses can never receive anything from God by prayers or faith declarations. We have to become as little children, have child like faith, to receive from God and His Kingdom. Now that we are born again we must live by faith or we will never receive anything from God and His Kingdom and we will live as mere humans who have to depend on what naturally you can expect. So faith takes us to a higher realm of living out of Heaven with God as our Source and Supply of everything. If it were not for faith in God and His Kingdom Satan and every demon assigned to defeat you could keep everything that God has given you in Christ Jesus away from you.
Satan tries to make us think that faith is hard and not working but it is not hard and it works every time it is put to work. Father God would never ask you to do something and make it hard. The reason faith seems hard is that you are looking at faith from a mere human perspective, human reasoning and human reasoning and human perspective will never understand faith, never. Faith is not hard to the spirit man but to the person who looks at things in the natural way, human perspective of things.
1 Cor 2:9-14 But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him.
10 But God hath revealed them unto us by his Spirit: for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God.
11 For what man knoweth the things of a man, save the spirit of man which is in him? even so the things of God knoweth no man, but the Spirit of God.
12 Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God.
13 Which things also we speak, not in the words which man’s wisdom teacheth, but which the Holy Ghost teacheth; comparing spiritual things with spiritual.
14 But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned. KJV
Christians don’t even understand spiritual things and then the devil gets them to wondering why God doesn’t do something or doesn’t care when it is not God who is their problem. The devil brings up these false accusations against God to even Christians with the very intent of destroying a Christian’s faith in their God and His Word; when all the while they just don’t understand some spiritual truths.
God is not a man that He would lie and He is not heartless and uncaring! He gave us His faith and His Word to get us out of everything that the devil schemes to do to kill, steal and destroy!
Mere men, even Christians, live by senses and reasoning that produce only naturally what you can expect and that’s why there are a lot of hopeless people in this world. God and His Kingdom work by faith and produce supernatural things. I want you to see the value of this God faith that God has given you to use in this world to change your world.
Faith you have to understand is a servant. If you pray and stand on God’s Word then faith has to go out and manifest that prayer or declaration of faith!!!!!!!!
Luke 17:6-9 And the Lord said, If ye had faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye might say unto this sycamine tree, Be thou plucked up by the root, and be thou planted in the sea; and it should obey you.
7 But which of you, having a servant plowing or feeding cattle, will say unto him by and by, when he is come from the field, Go and sit down to meat?
8 And will not rather say unto him, Make ready wherewith I may sup, and gird thyself, and serve me, till I have eaten and drunken; and afterward thou shalt eat and drink?
9 Doth he thank that servant because he did the things that were commanded him? I trow not. KJV
Faith will work as long as we leave him alone and continue to hold onto the promise and don’t need a sign that he is working. It is the flesh that brings accusations against God and faith quits working for us! God is working and faith is working if the flesh doesn’t get involved. The flesh never will understand faith. Feelings and emotions and reasoning never will understand faith.
Faith also is what takes you out of time and waiting on something to happen. Faith dominates time and then it doesn’t dominate you.
People think that they are waiting on God to do something but that is not Bible. God has done everything that He needs to do for you. Matter of truth is that God before the foundation of the world provided everything we would ever need in this life and He placed it up in Heaven, in the eternal where there is no time and where it would be safe where the enemy could not keep it from us or steal it from us. That’s why you need faith to bring what is needed that is already stored in Heaven to this earth.
People talk about waiting on God but the truth is we are not waiting on God but He is waiting on us. That might be new information for you but it is the truth as you will see. What is really happening is that God is waiting on us! He is waiting on us to meditate the Word day and night!
Josh 1:8 This Book of the Law shall not depart out of your mouth, but you shall meditate on it day and night, that you may observe and do according to all that is written in it. For then you shall make your way prosperous, and then you shall deal wisely and have good success. AMP
What meditation of God’s Word does is it produces revelation of God and the Kingdom of God and how God does things and how His Kingdom works for us in the earth. Meditation causes us to see as reality in life circumstances what the Word has told us that it is, Kingdom reality. Meditation produces revelation (seeing it like God sees and told us) and revelation produces manifestation.
What Christians need to do before they pray about a thing or make confessions of the Word about a certain thing is they need to first meditate a scripture or a promise before they prayed or made the declaration then they would be releasing faith when they prayed and declared. When they have meditated that word long enough then it will paint a picture in their mind’s eye that this thing is done, they are already healed, the bill is paid in full, circumstances have changed, etc. and it is then that they can pray and also declare a thing by faith. Without the meditation there will be no faith, it is mental accent only! Faith comes from the Word and the Spirit of God speaking to us!
See what meditation does is that it makes us intoxicated with faith. And like a person intoxicated with alcohol cannot be reasoned with, so a person intoxicated with faith cannot be easily talked out of their faith in the promise, the prayer, and the declaration of faith. So we need to get intoxicated with faith by the Word of God and the word spoken to us by the Spirit of God.
If you have felt that your prayer or faith declaration is not working and there is a failure on God’s part then you have not been intoxicated with faith. You can’t reason with a person intoxicated with alcohol and you certainly cannot reason with a person who is intoxicated with the Word of God and faith. If you will allow me to say, getting drunk on the Word of God through meditation will cause you to be intoxicated with faith and that is the faith that produces right now!
If you need a sign that God and faith are working then you do not trust God and faith, plain and simple. If you take medicine and it doesn’t seem to take affect right away and the pain is still throbbing, do you question your doctor’s ability to help you? Do you question that he doesn’t care and that he just doesn’t want you to get well? Of course not! Then you should not allow these false accusation against the Lord even linger a second in your mind, your reasoning for they are spiritually ignorant of spiritual things!
Now if you have a hard time believing anything that I have just said, PLEASE, PLEASE BELIEVE WHAT I AM ABOUT TO SAY:
I believe our faith and trust in God and His Word have been so hindered and even destroyed by all the things that we trust that this world system has given us as a security. I mean we trust in money, jobs, businesses, salaries, paychecks, social security checks, government, insurances for almost everything and yet they have fine print and disclaimers to get out of the agreement or limit the service they promised, doctors, medications, other professionals and all of these have stolen our trust in God’s faithfulness and the integrity of His Word. This is what the Lord clearly has spoken to me. It is more than we are waiting on God and God not caring about our every need and He doesn’t care if we win. The truth is the devil cunningly has conned us into believing in his godless world system that looks like it will give us all the security we need and the truth is it could be there for us today but taken away by tomorrow or even tonight! The securities of this world have taken away our trust in God and the integrity of His Word. We rely on this world system and it depletes and completely destroys our faith in God and the integrity of His Word.
Faith (the God kind of faith) is first hope (the God kind of hope). The only anchor for our soul (mind, will, emotions, feelings, intellect, reasoning,) is the Word of God, the written Word and the spoken Word by the Spirit of God. The Word of God produces hope that produces faith and together they are the power twins of the Kingdom of God that manifest all of Kingdom’s reality and provision.
I pray the Spirit of God will help you grasp the truths that I have shared with you so that you can have clear spiritual understanding and bring clear understanding to others and hope once again will be released so that all of you once again release your faith in God and His Kingdom and the integrity of His Word.
