Luke 16:10-13 He that is faithful in that which is least is faithful also in much: and he that is unjust in the least is unjust also in much. 11 If therefore ye have not been faithful in the unrighteous mammon, who will commit to your trust the true riches? 12 And if ye have not been faithful in that which is another man's, who shall give you that which is your own? 13 No servant can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon. KJV

Faithfulness is the key to your prosperity in the Kingdom of God.  You must be faithful in not just the sowing of seed to see true increase but also remain faithful in your spending, giving and handling your finances according to God’s financial principles.

God will give you money tests before He allows you to experience His anointing in your finances that goes beyond what money can do for you and so you can receive divine impartations and divine encounters for your financial increase.  Facing a crossroad in your life and you are ready to move to another spiritual level, God will test you in the area of your finances.  The test may be quitting a job, moving to another state, test of your purchases or even the test of giving an offering.

I must stress again that offerings are not the answer to your every problem but your obedience to God and faithfulness with money and your financial affairs.

You must keep the principles of sowing in balance and not be seduced by preachers who tell you to give and everything will be fixed.  Many times the problems are fixed by getting other areas in your life corrected with God.  Character must be involved here as well as sowing.  You have to see the importance of being faithful with money and your financial affairs and faithful to hear and obey the Word of God and what God speaks to you.

You must continue to exercise your faith and increase your offerings as the Lord speaks.  This is a process.  Each person’s offering level is not the same for it is determined by what God has already placed into your hands.  It is not dollar for dollar God is looking at but the size and dimension in your heart.

Things are only going to get worse in the world system of finances so you must now more than ever learn and apply sowing and reaping and other financial principles of the Word of God so you aren’t just surviving and living paycheck to paycheck but you are being a witness to all that all of your needs are met and you are meeting the needs of others.

This is not about living a lavish lifestyle but living in and functioning in God’s end time provision and prosperity so you carry out God’s work and be a blessing to others.

As a sower and a reaper you are God’s farmer in the earth.  As God’s farmer you will always require a harvest to fulfill your destiny just like a natural farmer.  A true farmer doesn’t sow seeds just to sow seeds but he has a purpose for sowing and it is to produce a harvest to fulfill his destiny to meet his needs and enough to supply other’s needs.

A giver is different, they may or may not require a harvest to go about their purpose.  Givers give but they don’t miss the money if they don’t get a harvest. You will not thrive and fulfill your destiny simply being a good giver.  You must become a sower and a reaper.  You have to come to the place where you give to the dimension you have to have a harvest!  Put a demand on that seed to produce a harvest for God has set his kingdom up where you can put a demand on it.  This is God’s way to provide for you and His way to release His prosperity to you.

God will challenge you to give more and more aggressively to where you have to have a harvest and not because you are already in trouble financially but you have to have the harvest in order to fulfill your destiny and your purpose.

Once you get right the way you deal with money, the way you treat money, the right relationship with money, faithfully deal with other’s possessions and faithfully maintain tithing and giving offerings; then you will operate in sowing and see God’s abundance released to you.

Where you sow is where God leads you to sow.  You must remember you have some responsibilities to sow to a teacher or a ministry that has taught you the Word.  That’s a principle of the Kingdom.  It is unscriptural and wrong to not give to your church that is feeding you and to teachers or ministries on TV or the Internet feeding you that have sacrificed to give you the Word. Sow with expectation of a harvest and to the level you need a harvest and watch what God does.

Get free from the thinking of this world’s system and their way of handling money and finances because God has His own way that guarantees unlimited, supernatural, extraordinary provision for you in these end times.  Become faithful with the tithe and offerings regardless of your circumstances.
