Did you know money and the anointing of God are intricately connected? There is a spiritual nature to money and money is intricately tied to the spirit realm.
1 Tim 6:6-10 Now godliness with contentment is great gain. 7 For we brought nothing into this world, and it is certain we can carry nothing out. 8 And having food and clothing, with these we shall be content. 9 But those who desire to be rich fall into temptation and a snare, and into many foolish and harmful lusts which drown men in destruction and perdition. 10 For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil, for which some have strayed from the faith in their greediness, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows. NKJV
Paul gives a warning in this scripture to those desiring to be rich. The love of money or the desire to be rich causes people to fall into all kinds of temptations and snares and into many foolish and harmful lusts that leads them into many sorrows and eventually will destroy their lives.
Love of money, a wrong emotional relationship with money connects you to the evil, demonic spirit realm, wickedness, sin, and ungodliness because money has a spiritual nature. That’s why if you are unfaithful with money, the power of this world that has a spiritual component, then God cannot trust you with the true riches, the anointing of God. The love of money opens the door for all kinds of evil to come into your life.
Not faithfully responding to money according to the Word of God in the area of how it affects you emotionally and not understanding the spiritual nature of money will cause you to be unfaithful with how you handle money which keeps the breakthrough anointing from operating in your life. Unknowingly you have allowed money to emotionally affect you and control your life.
