God has always wanted to bless His people.  God blessed Adam and Eve in the Garden.  God blessed Noah and His family.  God blessed Abraham, Isaac, Jacob and the descendent of Abraham which was Jesus and Galatians tells us through Jesus we were also blessed with the blessing of Abraham.

Gal 3:29 And if ye be Christ's, then are ye Abraham's seed, and heirs according to the promise. KJV

We need to be clear what the blessing of God is so we can recognize it and apply our faith to receive the blessing and guarantee its operation in our lives.

First of all let’s make it clear that the “blessing” is not things, including money.  The blessing will bring things, money, into our lives but things are not the blessing.

The blessing of God is the power to prosper you.  When God blesses you that means you will see the power of God, His supernatural ability working in your financial affairs.

Deut 8:17-18 And thou say in thine heart, My power and the might of mine hand hath gotten me this wealth. 18 But thou shalt remember the LORD thy God: for it is he that giveth thee power to get wealth, that he may establish his covenant which he sware unto thy fathers, as it is this day. KJV

Prov 10:22 The blessing of the Lord — it makes [truly] rich, and He adds no sorrow with it [neither does toiling increase it]. AMP

Confession:

I can expect and do expect the blessing of God to produce increase and wealth in my life.  The blessing of God works for me as a result of the covenant I have with God through Jesus Christ.  The blessing of God produces the prosperity of the Kingdom without me toiling under the curse and working for a living. My faith is in the blessing of God operating in my life to produce the prosperity promised to me. The blessing of God is going beyond anything I could naturally expect and do on my own.
