Apostle Paul in the New Testament invoked vengeance on a sorcerer by the injunction of the Holy Spirit when he tried to stop the deputy of the country from hearing the Gospel.

Acts 13:9-11 (NLT2) Saul, also known as Paul, was filled with the Holy Spirit, and he looked the sorcerer in the eye. 10 Then he said, “You son of the devil, full of every sort of deceit and fraud, and enemy of all that is good! Will you never stop perverting the true ways of the Lord? 11 Watch now, for the Lord has laid his hand of punishment upon you, and you will be struck blind. You will not see the sunlight for some time.” Instantly mist and darkness came over the man’s eyes, and he began groping around begging for someone to take his hand and lead him.

God loves all sinners and He wants them to all come into the Kingdom, but He will not allow anyone stand in the way of the Gospel being preached and establishing His Kingdom at this time in the earth.

I believe in these last days it will be impossible to fulfill your destiny and the greater works being manifested without the vengeance of the Lord or apart from the justice system of God clearing the way.  This is what Jesus was referring to in Luke 18:8 and Luke 21:22.

Luke 18:8 (NLT2) I tell you, he will grant justice to them quickly! But when the Son of Man returns, how many will he find on the earth who have faith?”

Luke 21:22 (AMP) For those are days of vengeance [of rendering full justice or satisfaction], that all things that are written may be fulfilled.

In a time of extreme darkness and gloominess is coming forth a great army of light, the Church with unquestionable integrity and unstoppable dominion whom the nations of the earth will respect as we decide the destinies of cities and continents.

Joel 2:2, 11 (NLT2) It is a day of darkness and gloom, a day of thick clouds and deep blackness. Suddenly, like dawn spreading across the mountains, a great and mighty army appears. Nothing like it has been seen before or will ever be seen again. 11 And the Lord utters His voice before His army, for His host is very great, and [they are] strong and powerful who execute [God’s] word. For the day of the Lord is great and very terrible, and who can endure it?

Armed with the garments of vengeance, this army of God will not run from trouble but bring trouble to the enemy and put down every demonic work oppressing and troubling humanity.

Isaiah 59:17-19 (CEV) Justice was the Lord’s armor; saving power was his helmet; anger and revenge were his clothes. 18 Now the Lord will get furious and do to his enemies, both near and far, what they did to his people. 19 He will attack like a flood in a mighty windstorm. Nations in the west and the east will then honor and praise his wonderful name.

This is exactly why the vengeance of the Lord must be preached in the Church; for the vengeance of the Lord like all of God’s covenant promises is not automatic but requires faith to operate and be released.  Manifestation of the Lord’s vengeance will manifest in our lives as we believe the Lord’s vengeance is for this time for us and have faith it is operating on our behalf.  Romans 10:17 (KJV) tells us, So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.

I declare you will have faith in God’s vengeance working on your behalf and you will understand God’s vengeance that brings confidence in God’s ability and willingness to protect, preserve, prosper and promote you.
