Matthew 6 Jesus is teaching on the Lord’s prayer.

Matthew 6:10 (KJV) Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven.

Jesus teaching us the Lord’s prayer, taught us to pray God’s Kingdom come and God’s will be done on earth as it is in Heaven.  It doesn’t look like Heaven on earth and that’s why we need to pray it gets that way.  How is it in Heaven?  In Heaven there is no shortage.

One reason Jesus came to the earth was to teach us how to function in the earth’s economy according to Heaven’s economy.  There is no shortage and no financial struggling in Heaven. This is one reason Jesus told us to pray God’s Kingdom come and His will be done on earth as it is in Heaven.  That’s the way it was in the Garden of Eden as there was no struggle there.  Toiling for a living and struggle didn’t come until Adam sinned.

Genesis 3:17 (KJV) And unto Adam he said, Because thou hast hearkened unto the voice of thy wife, and hast eaten of the tree, of which I commanded thee, saying, Thou shalt not eat of it: cursed is the ground for thy sake; in sorrow shalt thou eat of it all the days of thy life;

Genesis 3:17 (AMP) And to Adam He said, …You shall not eat of it, the ground is under a curse because of you; in sorrow and toil shall you eat [of the fruits] of it all the days of your life.

In the New Testament we see toil in Luke 5 where Peter was fishing for his fishing business, but he had caught nothing.  Then we see Jesus in this chapter teaching on how to live in this economy according to Heaven’s economy with plenty and no shortage.

Luke 5:4 (KJV) Now when he had left speaking, he said unto Simon, Launch out into the deep, and let down your nets for a draught. 5 And Simon answering said unto him, Master, we have toiled all the night, and have taken nothing: nevertheless at thy word I will let down the net.

Draught means a big increase and toiling we just discovered came with the curse.  So, in Galatians 3:13,

Galatians 3:13 (KJV) Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is every one that hangeth on a tree:

So, Jesus has redeemed us from the curse and so our days of toiling for a living are over.

Peter toiled all night and caught nothing and which is one of the signs of the Babylonian system, and it is a system of shortage and brings fear of running out.  In the Kingdom understand that God runs you over.  But as a man thinketh in his heart, so is he (Proverbs 23:7) and so Jesus has got to change Peter’s thinking before he can participate in the Kingdom and believe that way.

Mark 9:23 (KJV) Jesus said unto him, If thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believeth.

Jesus is saying, there are things that God cannot do for you until you believe.  As a believer, if you believe that you will never run out, then whatever God says to you, you will do it.  If you really believe that. What happens sometimes is God challenges whether you believe that or not.

Luke 5:4 (KJV) …he said unto Simon, Launch out into the deep, and let down your nets for a draught. 5 …nevertheless at thy word I will let down the net.

See, you can’t believe without the Word.  Peter launched out and caught so many fish his net broke and the boat was sinking and the same happened to his fishing partners.

God pulled in a boat sinking, net breaking load of fish.

If you believe you won’t run out, you will never, ever run out.  There is not an economy that can make you run out; because if God let you run out; He will violate His Word.

You can’t hear the Word over and over again and your life stay the same.  That’s not the way God planned for it to be.

We need to challenge ourselves and ask, am I being religious so that I can’t receive?  Or am I a true believer?

God wants to take care of His family without the Babylonian system taking care of His family and they experience struggle and shortage and that’s why we need the written Word of God and the spoken Word of God and becoming believers of the Kingdom of God system.  We have heard this Word of God long enough and now it is time to participate.

Peter was seemingly the only one that always wanted to participate. He walked on the water when Jesus told him to come to Him and everybody stayed in the boat.  There are people who are trying to get promoted without demonstration and that is not the way the Kingdom works.

We need to challenge ourselves to give beyond what we have been giving.  God wants to challenge us to go deep enough so that He can release sufficient amount of faith to get what we need.  Once you sow that seed nothing can stop it.  God is not talking about you get in trouble and you sow a seed.  God is talking about a lifestyle.  That’s the way you are going to live.

God doesn’t want us to live on a salary.  If that is all you are living on, then Babylon will you.  You want to live much beyond your salary.  Your salary is nothing but seed.  If that causes you to fear, then you need deliverance.  You need to sit under the Word of this kind, and you say, Holy Ghost, deliver me from evil, because that is evil.

Say, there’s plenty in Daddy’s house, plenty, enormous supply, enormous supply.

The problem is we think we are going to run out.  That is a thought that has been ejected into people’s minds to keep them in bondage.  Now you have been freed, saved, and sanctified.

2 Corinthians 8:9 (KJV) For ye know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that, though he was rich, yet for your sakes he became poor, that ye through his poverty might be rich.

Jesus died for our sins, but He also died and became poor that we might be made rich.  Say rich.  Say it a little louder.  I want you to say that because some people have a problem saying rich.  So, Jesus suffered to that you can have plenty.  He came to enrich us spiritually, physically and financially.  Say amen.

Everything God made in this earth, He made for you to enjoy.  God didn’t give you struggle because there is no joy in that.  The Bible says the earth is full of His riches and He made them for His children.  So, you want to get this word rich down in your spirit because sometimes people have a problem with that.  The rich that He is giving you is not something that comes through your hard work.  You do work but you don’t work to earn it.  You are working for other reasons and one is to release potential.  In all work and labor there is profit.  You do work but it is not that you are trying to earn something because if Jesus got it all back for you, why do you have to earn what He already got back.

The reason I am going through this is not that someone can be greedy but just to change your thinking about what God says and let that thinking change your mind and if you can change your mind then you can change what God can do through you.

You need to realize that you are not made or supposed to be broke, poor, in lack or just enough.

Abraham, our father of faith, is someone you need to model yourself after other than our Lord Jesus.

Genesis 13:1-2 (KJV) And Abram went up out of Egypt, he, and his wife, and all that he had, and Lot with him, into the south. 2 And Abram was very rich in cattle, in silver, and in gold.

Abraham was not very poor, but it said Abraham was very rich.

We will look at Genesis 26:12 and this is Isaac Abraham’s son

Genesis 26:12-13 (KJV) Then Isaac sowed in that land, and received in the same year an hundredfold: and the LORD blessed him. 13 And the man waxed great, and went forward, and grew until he became very great:

Genesis 26:12-13 (MSG) Isaac planted crops in that land and took in a huge harvest. GOD blessed him. 13 The man got richer and richer by the day until he was very wealthy.

We need to meditate these scriptures to change our thinking.  If you don’t believe for abundance, shortage stuff will start you worrying, and you can’t do what you want to do.

I don’t know about you, but I claim that, richer and richer by the day.  Now I am not trying to get it all for me, but I can do more for God when I am richer and richer by the day.  The idea is that you and I are supposed to be people who can make a difference in a city, in a neighborhood, even a state and even the nations.

God has a plan for our lives and part of that plan is for you to be rich.  So, I am just giving you a reason to be rich and you don’t care what people think or say about it.

2 Corinthians 9:6 (KJV) But this I say, He which soweth sparingly shall reap also sparingly; and he which soweth bountifully shall reap also bountifully.

Now this is God’s plan to meet the needs of His people because when you sow then nothing can stop your harvest.  God wants to add to you.  He doesn’t want you to add to yourself.  That’s why when you sow you trust Him.  God will give you an opportunity, give you an idea or things will happen, and it will come back to you.

2 Corinthians 9:7,8 (KJV) Every man according as he purposeth in his heart, so let him give; not grudgingly, or of necessity: for God loveth a cheerful giver.8 And God is able to make all grace abound toward you; that ye, always having all sufficiency in all things, may abound to every good work:

2 Corinthians 9:8 (AMP) And God is able to make all grace (every favor and earthly blessing) come to you in abundance, so that you may always and under all circumstances and whatever the need be self-sufficient [possessing enough to require no aid or support and furnished in abundance for every good work and charitable donation].

God makes all grace, every favor and earthly blessing come to you in abundance because if you sow, God is now responsible.  You sow, God’s got it.  He wants you to give it to Him and you do it when you sow.  God is giving it to you so you can distribute.  It might come back to you all at once, or sometimes it will come in as you would need it, but it is coming back to you whatever you need.  So, you will never be broke another day in your life and your days of toiling are over.
